ST. LOUIS – It’s National Heart Month and the Lenten season has begun which means people may be eating a lot of fish.

Eating fish on Friday is a Lenten tradition. You can boil it, broil it, poach it or grill it but if you fry your fish there are some downsides. SLUCare Cardiologist Dr. Stephanie Windish explains.
