ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Kim Hudson welcomed Jasmine Huda to the Fox 2 news team with a cookie cake this morning.

Huda is the newest member of the Fox 2 family. She will join Shirley Washington as the co-anchor on our new 11 p.m. news broadcast. The new 11 p.m. broadcast begins Monday, Jan. 18.

“With the responsibility of producing over 80 hours of news content each week, it is imperative to have strong reporters and anchors,” said Spencer Koch, President/General Manager for FOX 2 & KPLR 11. He continued, “Like Shirley, Jasmine Huda more than fits both roles. She’s smart, a solid investigative reporter and a strong communicator. With these attributes, we are proud to have Jasmine join Shirley to launch FOX 2 News at 11.”

In addition to anchoring the 11 p.m. broadcast, Huda will report evenings during the week.
