Frisbees Fly For Fitness At The Magic House

KIRKWOOD, MO (KTVI) - Frisbees will be flying at the Magic House on Friday, April 6 from 5:30 to 9:00pm. The Maryville University Ultimate Frisbee Club comes to play at the museum's fitness first friday.

Team members will teach museum visitors basic Frisbee throwing techniques in the Magic House's Whitaker Theater and then play a game of ultimate Frisbee on the front lawn. Fun fitness activities and healthy cooking demonstrations will take place throughout the night. Children who complete a fitness challenge on the Magic House's website will receive free admission to the Magic House for fitness First Friday. The first 100 visitors to attend fitness first Friday will receive a backpack filled with healthy goodies and take-home
activities. There will also be some great giveaways for kids and adults!
