ST. LOUIS – Many people have picked up some bad habits during the pandemic. Eating too many unhealthy foods, not getting enough exercise or becoming too stressed, just to name a few.

Co-founder of the nonprofit Fit and Food Connection Joy Millner explains what people can do to get a little bit healthier during this pandemic.
