Greater Missouri Alzheimer’s Association’s tips for brain health

ST. LOUIS – It’s a new year, and as we look for ways to better ourselves, the Alzheimer’s Association wants everyone to consider including brain health as part of their daily regimen. Research shows that healthy lifestyle interventions may reduce the risk of cognitive decline and help reduce the risk of dementia.

Vice president of programs with the Greater Missouri Alzheimer’s Association Sarah Lovegreen explained how people can get their brain healthy and moving in the right direction.
