ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Chef Rob Beasley is celebrating fall with a harvest-inspired menu at Chaumette Winery’s Grapevine Grill.
He walked Kim through making an Autumn Bruschetta. A traditional Italian bruschetta usually has notes of summer and spring with tomatoes and basil. Visitors to Chaumette will find an appetizer with roasted grapes, Baetje Farms goat cheese, County Line Farms roasted butternut squash, and toasted pecans drizzled with Chaumette port wine glaze.
