Helpful Diet Options:

  • Canola oil or applesauce instead of butter
  • Avocado instead of butter
  • Spices instead of salt
  • Raw or roasted walnuts instead of croutons
  • Rolled oats instead of breadcrumbs or panko
  • White “whole wheat” flour instead of regular all-purpose flour
