(KTVI)- A local heart transplant recipient has made it his mission to make sure the loved ones of those who travel to St. Louis for an organ transplant, have a nice place to stay.
Larry D. Bonds has started his own foundation, called Larry D. Bonds Foundation 4 Life, that houses the loved ones of organ recipients.
Bonds talks about his foundation and his concept behind it.
