ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Fashion blogger Summer Albarcha says modesty does not have to mean boring when it comes to honoring your faith. She founded “Hipster Hijabis” to show Muslim women they can still enjoy big punches of color when wearing the hijab to cover their hair.
