ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Athletes hit the court at the Fighting for CJ Cerebral Palsy Awareness Basketball Tournament. CJ is the son of organizer Courtney Williams. CJ was born with the movement and muscle disorder Cerebral Palsy. Courtney wants families affected by CP to enjoy giveaways, basketball and snacks from Scooter Snacks.

Courtney also wants families to know they are not alone and to help the organization grow.
