ST. LOUIS – Animal shelter Stray Rescue shows million on social media the incredible and dangerous work they do getting abandoned, injured, and stray dogs and cats off the streets of St. Louis. The shelter is completely full and they are teaming up with Imo’s Pizza to help increase pet adoptions.
The local pizza chain is paying most of the adoption fees during the month of June. Dogs and cats river six months old will have their adoption fee of $100 paid for. You’ll also get a $20 gift card for some pizza.
“At Imo’s we are committed to being good neighbors and giving back to our St. Louis community. We can’t think of a better way to do this than by joining two of our favorite things – pets and pizza! We’re excited each year for the opportunity to partner with such a great St. Louis organization and help more St. Louis families bring home a new pet from Stray Rescue of Saint Louis today,” writes Imo’s Pizza Community Ambassador, Kelly Imo.
“We can’t thank Imo’s Pizza enough for their continued partnership and friendship over the years. We can’t save so many lives without the support of our community, and partners like Imo’s Pizza make what we do possible,” states Cassady Caldwell, Executive Director of Stray Rescue.
This is the fifth year Imo’s has participated in this program to help clear the shelters. Last year more than 175 cats and dogs were adopted to families participating in the program.
