BALLWIN, MO (KTVI)- For members of Gateway Off-Road Cyclists, mountain biking is about more than just hitting the trails. It is also about mentor-ship and stewardship. Ryan Overhoff is the GORC trail steward for Castlewood State Park. He helps maintain the trails and decided how trails are built.

Overhoff also partners with the St. Louis Mountain Bike Camps. Members Michael Flieg and Thomas Herbig work with deserving kids who may not otherwise get to enjoy nature and the thrill of mountain biking, because of finances.
