ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Your winter skin care should not be the same skin care it was a few months ago. Dermatologist with SSM Health DePaul Dr. Mary Noel George stopped in the FOX 2 studio to talk about transitioning into winter skin care.

Dr. Mary Noel George has some advice for keeping our skin hydrated through the cold.

She suggests avoiding long, hot showers and use lukewarm water. Bath with soap or body washes that say they add moisture back into your skin. Immediately after bathing, apply moisturizer liberally. Reapply late in the day – before bed is a good time. For more suggestions, watch the segment with Dr. Mary Noel George.
