ST. LOUIS – Arthur Shivers from G3 Fitness joined us once again on Sunday morning.
Shivers spoke about stretching techniques and critical advice on how to avoid injuries after an exercise. According to Shivers, a stretch workout can only take up to ten minutes. Stretching the hamstring and lower back are some common stretches.
