ST. LOUIS – Many community leaders are asking how do we curb the violence in St. Louis?

A local pastor, Pastor Richard Dalton is calling all elementary schools in America to include a curriculum on kindness and conflict resolution for their students to create a culture of peace by teaching children how to resolve conflict at an early age.

Dalton joined FOX 2 to explain the”Peace Manifesto” project.
