(KTVI) - Summer may be winding down, but summer tick season certainly is not. In fact, tick-borne illnesses, like Lyme Disease, affects 300,000 people each year.  A new study says that is 10-times more common than previously thought.

Sarah Patrick is an Epidemiologist at SLU's College for Public Health and Social Justice.
