ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The American Cancer Society says it’s making strides to end breast cancer. You, too, can take a step to help save lives and fund groundbreaking research by participating in this weekend’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event.
