MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO. (KTVI) - Mango Peruvian Cuisine is moving to a new home in Downtown St. Louis.
Executive Chef Jorge Calvo and Sous Chef Sergio Nakayoshi prepared a sumptuous Lomo Saltado. The dish has beef tenderloin stir-fried with sweet onions, tomatoes, garlic and Peruvian spices.
The Lomo Saltado and the Ceviche Mixto did not last long in the FOX2 Kitchen.
Chef Calvo said Mango will move in April 2015. For now, he is still welcoming customers to the restaurant on Lucas.
