ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis Magazine launched a new cookbook of St. Louis Chefs’ recipes and one of those chefs stopped by to show off a tasty treat.
George Mahe is the Dining Editor of St. Louis Magazine. He brought Rex Hale, from Three Sixty at the Hilton at the Ballpark, to show off some great meatball sliders. This is just one of the 173 recipes from 81 of the city’s most notable chefs. If you like Rex’s slider recipe, you’ll probably like the other seven recipes he contributed to the cookbook.
Ten percent of the sale of each book benefits Operation Food Search, the city’s largest distributor of free food for the poor and hungry.
