ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Chef Nick Zotos from Mike Shannon’s is cooking a Championship Filet. The dish is a 8 oz tenderloin filet, topped with port glazed shallots and seasonal mushrooms, finished off with a bacon jam and served with local goat cheese grits. Mike Shannon’s new menu item debuts on Opening Day. The Championship Filet will be available all season and priced at $45.
