Sanders, a real life nanny, talked about her experiences and what skills a person needs to pursue this career.

Amanda Schaud, is a Family Placement Manager for college nannies and tutors.  She discussed why more and more young women are choosing nannying for a career.

She also talked about what goes into finding a nanny, what parents should look for, and how much they cost.
