ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI)- A new study found high sugar diets caused cancer tumors to grow.

Katie Lambert, a dietitian at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, spoke with the Fox 2 News team to discuss what large quantities of sugar does to our bodies.

  • Don’t drink your calories and carbohydrates
  • Read your labels
  • Spread carbohydrates throughout the day
