ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Pope Francis arrives in Washington D.C. a week from tomorrow. During his trip, the Holy Father’s third stop will be Philadelphia. It is here that 18 people from the St. Louis archdiocese will gather.
Before they go, however, Bishop Edward Rice invites you to join the World Meeting of Families this Saturday in St. Louis. Bishop Rice could provide additional perspective about Pope Francis and the historical/spiritual significance of the visit.
The event is called “Papa Palooza” and will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19 on the campus of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary (near the Soccer Field).

All families are invited to bring blankets, lawn chairs (some chairs and tables will be provided), small-scale outdoor games, and snacks/drinks for the family (no alcohol permitted).
