(KTVI) – Celebrity chef Paula Deen wins the battle, but has she lost the war?

Earlier this week a judge dismissed a lawsuit from a former employee charging Deen with racial discrimination.

It was in a deposition for the case that Deen admitted to using the "n word" in the past and her multi-million dollar empire began to crumble.

She lost her show on the Food Network and several lucrative deals with corporate sponsors.

Other claims in the suit, including allegations of sexual harassment, are still pending.

Jon Sloane, vice president of Twist Marketing and Public Relations in St. Louis, stopped by to talk about the public image situation with Elliot Weiler.
