(KTVI) – Contractors have been hit hard by the long, harsh winter that stretched into the first several weeks of spring. Companies that build and maintain outdoor pools watched as the snow buried their bottom lines.
Now that temperatures are expected to flirt with the 90’s, crews are having a hard time keeping up with demand from customers.
