ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - At-risk mother's battling postpartum depression often struggle with asking for help.

SLUCare physician, Dr. Matthew Broom, started the "Happy Mothers, Healthy Families" program in 2013 in an effort to give these women the support system they often find themselves without.

Dr. Broom joins FOX 2 with the results of his text message support plan.
