(KTVI)- All back pain is not created equal. Seventy-five percent of us will have at least one episode of back pain in our lifetime. However, a pop of Tylenol and rest is not necessarily the answer.

Chris Sebelski, Associate Professor of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training at SLU talks about the result to a new study and a different way of handling the problem.

Breathe: A focus on breathing can help avoid back aches. Breathing stimulates muscles up and down the spine.
