(KTVI) – George Mahe, Dining Editor of St. Louis Magazine, and Chef Eric Kelly of Scape Restaurant (in the Central West End ), stopped by to share another great recipe from the St. Louis Magazine cookbook St. Louis Chefs’ Recipes.

The cookbook is full of tasty recipes. It’s a unique collaboration of local chefs. It features 173 recipes from 81 of the area’s most notable chefs.

Chef Eric Kelly of Scape demonstrated his Roasted Artichoke with Whole Grain Mustard Butter Sauce, one of the recipes featured in the cookbook. It’s a great appetizer idea for the upcoming holiday season.

Ten percent of the sale of each book benefits Operation Food Search.
