ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – In 2011, Seena Phillips’ weight peaked at 296 pounds. She had diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, and she suffered from depression.
In April of that same year, she finally decided to do something about it. She slowly started modifying her diet to a healthier lifestyle. She also became more physically active.
In two months, she lost 25 pounds. In eight months, she lost 80 pounds. And in 18 months, she’s lost a total of 136 pounds, which she has maintained for the past four years.
