ST. LOUIS, Mo. — In 1924 a film entitled Sherlock Junior hit theaters.   It starred Buster Keaton, who plays a movie projectionist in the silent movie. In those days, before movies had a soundtrack, musicians provided accompaniment for films.
The experience is being recreated by the St. Louis International Film Festival.
