ST. LOUIS – Students have endured a ton of changes throughout the course of this pandemic.
Many of the students have now gotten out of routine, but SLUCare pediatrician Dr. Heidi Sallee has some tips for getting kids back on track ahead of the new school year.
One of the most important things Sallee said is to get children back on a consistent sleep schedule. She also said getting kids into an eating routine.
