(KTVI) - You've probably heard about a flash mob, but what about a splash mob? Well one is coming to Kiener Plaza to promote an even called the Summer of Paddling.

Who: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and National Park Service

When: Thursday, July 26 at 12 p.m.

Where: Kiener Plaza, near fountain

Courtney Solum, Service Park Ranger with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Park, and Kimberly Rea of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers visit FOX 2 and show us how to correctly paddle to spotlight the paddle congo line that will take place at the event.
