ST. LOUIS – Blues announcer Chris Kerber is recovering from surgery after doctors removed a polyp from his throat.

The surgery happened after the Blues season ended.

The polyp was benign.

After the procedure, Kerber couldn’t talk for ten days.

There were a few nervous moments and concerns about his voice returning, but Kerber is doing fine.

Kerber said his voice is close to being back to 100 percent.
