St. Louis County Library’s Boys Read Book Club

(KTVI) -  Want to turn your boys and girls into successful teenagers? Get them to read. It's the key to doing well on those ACT and SAT college placement exams. And if you're raising boys, it might not be as easy to get them to read as girls.

Kelly Bono heads up the St. Louis County Library's "Guys Read Book Club" and has some ideas to get your little slugger reading.

Middle school-aged boys and their father, grandfathers and older brothers are invited to participate in the program. The club meets every third Thursday of the month starting July 16 at 6:30 p.m.   Meetings are held at the St. Louis County Library Headquarters, 1640 South Lindbergh.
