ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - A native St. Louisian is making quite the name for herself in art galleries and institutions worldwide. Patricia Watwood is a classical figurative oil painter. She's the one who painted St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay's official portrait that now hangs in City Hall.
