ST. LOUIS – Arthur Shivers from G3 Fitness joined us once again on Sunday morning.

Shivers shared an easy workout with a single dumbbell that people can use as winter weather approaches. Shivers demonstrated exercises like squats, tricep extensions, and PE push-ups. These workouts can take up to just 30 to 35 minutes.
