(STLMoms) – It’s an unusual way to fight childhood obesity — a new diet says just give kids more cookies!

The Cookie Diet says giving kids nine cookies a day could help tackle weight loss issues. This is in addition to eating five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  But you have to use low-sugar cookies.

They have a blend of amino acids from milk, egg whites, oatmeal, rice and other grains to keep you from being hungry.
