ST. LOUIS – If you have kids, you know how hungry they can be when they get out of school for the day.
A local hunger relief organization wants to make sure kids have the food they need to fill up before it’s time to focus on homework.
Melissa Weissler is the manager of Child Nutrition Programs with Operation Food Search. She explained how the program works out on the Lakeside Renovation and Design Weather Deck.
