ST. LOUIS – Kids are home for the summer and it’s time to make sure the home is safe.

Some items hidden around the house could be a choking hazard.

A lot of times when we think about choking it’s just food that comes to mind, but we need to remember there are all kinds of items around the house that a child can pop into their mouth and choke on.
