Cranberry Cheesecake Dip/Spread


1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice, thawed
1 tbsp. granulated sugar zest of 1 orange, or 1-2 tsp. dried
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup dried cranberries (Craisins), finely chopped ¼ cup pecans, chopped (optional) 2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions Cream all ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy (cream cheese may try to stay lumpy). Use additional powdered sugar to make a thicker consistency.

To make a ball, add more powdered sugar and roll in graham cracker crumbs.

Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Serve with graham crackers, animal crackers, butter cookies, or mild crackers like Keebler, Ritz, etc.
