My Mom and Grandmother both made this spectacular bread. They always baked it in coffee cans because it gave the bread a cool round shape AND you can use the plastic lid to keep it fresh!

PUMPKIN BREAD 1/2 tsp nutmeg 3C sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1C oil 1 1/2 tsp salt Beat together until smooth ADD 1C pumpkin 2/3C water 3C flour 2 tsp baking soda Beat until smooth

Grease and flour pans Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour
