Here are 3 recipes that everyone in our the Anselmo family loves. Enjoy!

Marla’s Chicken Spaghetti:

Mix all this together:

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of Cream of Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Can of Rotel Tomotoes

Boil 1 Package of Spaghetti

Boil 2-3 Large Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless) in water

Let Cool and cut up in small pieces

Now take your mixture of soups and rotel and in a large baking dish pour it over the spaghetti noodles and the cut up chicken pieces. Work it together. Then sprinkle 2 cups of Shredded Cheese (your choice) in and on top of mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.


Monkey Bread:

4 Cans of Refrigerated Cinnamon Biscuits-cut into 1/4 sized pieces

Roll in Cinnamon Sugar

Layer in a Bundt or Tube Pan

Melt 1 1/2 Sticks of butter and 1 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar together and pour over biscuits

Bake 30-35 Minutes at 350 degrees

Lets Stand before putting on serving dish



Yummy Corn Dip:

2 Cans of Mexican Corn
6 Green Onions Chopped
10 oz shredded cheese (any kind)
1/2 jar Japelpeno Peppers seedless (or to taste)
1 Small jar real Mayo
1 Container of Sour Cream

Blend together and chill
