(STLMoms)- For women trying to get pregnant, endometriosis can sometimes derail those efforts. Now there’s a new test that may help lead the way to conceiving.

Dr. Elan Simckes from the Fertility Partnership tells us more.

Endometriosis is an often painful condition that occurs when tissue normally lining the inside of the uterus grows outside the uterus. About 10 percent of reproductive-age women suffer from the disorder.

Endometriosis also can lead to infertility.
