She tells us how to indulge a bit while enjoying our summer vacation.
What can do before, during and after to strike that vacation balance:
- During: stay active/ pay attention to hungry
we also tend to have more time in our day for exercise on vacation
- Pay attention to hunger –
- After: map out your healthy week
on the plane or car ride home, take the idle time to map out what you will plan the week`s dinners, make up your grocery list and schedule when you will exercise.
- It also helps to get home one day early to give yourself that extra day to prepare for vacation re-entry.
