ST. LOUIS – It can take a few weeks to get back into the swing of things when it’s back-to-school time. For many parents, it’s a battle to get their kids sleep schedule back on track.

Dr. Michael McLeland is the manager of sleep medicine at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

He shared some sleep tips.
