(KTVI)-Sunday Night Lights is back at Lindbergh High School.  Oct. 16, 2012 will be the second year for the event which provided an exciting high school football experience to kids battling cancer.

Game booths open at 4:30pm and a flag football game open to children from Friends of Kids with Cancer and Rainbows for Kids starts at 7:00pm.  Lindbergh’s varsity football team, cheerleaders, Flyerette dance team, Lacrosse club, marching band and student council are all part of the event.

Attendance is free and open to the public. All concession proceeds and donations will go to support the children and families of Friends of Kids with Cancer and Rainbows for Kids. For more information or to make a donation, visit or contact Lori Krueger at
