Sunflower flour company finalist in St. Louis start-up challenge

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A new healthy flour is made from sunflower seeds.  It is gluten free, high in protein and low in carbs. The flour is available in a line of foods called, Think-Eat-Live.

The company and its creators are finalists in the St. Louis start-up challenge, which is a local competition to find the next big thing in business.
