ST. LOUIS – The 2023 Ms. Missouri Senior America Pageant kicks off Sunday, April 30.
2022 winner Joyce Graham is preparing to pass on the crown. Her platform included supporting the Love in Action Food Pantry. The pageant celebrates the elegance, experience, and talent of women over the age of 60.
