ST. LOUIS – Today, Ash Wednesday, marks the beginning of the Lenten season and it’s time to dish up some fish.

Dietitian Meghan Sedivy from Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market has some great recipes and tells us just how much seafood people really should be eating.
