ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Billy Mayhall was given a van to raffle off to benefit STL Youth Sports Outreach, but he decided to bless someone else instead. Along the way, it’s not just the recipient of the van that is blessed, but all who played a part in restoring the vehicle and blessing the family that received it.
